OM Industries ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it, consistent with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

• Quote and contact requests: your name, company, email, phone number, project city, and the project details you choose to share.
• Job applications: your name, contact details, experience, message and any résumé you upload.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser type, used only to protect our forms from spam and abuse.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare quotes, manage your project, or assess your job application. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Storage and security

Submissions are stored in a secured database hosted in Canada or with a reputable hosting provider, and are accessible only to authorised OM Industries staff. Résumés are stored in a location that is not publicly accessible.

Retention

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map on the contact page. Those services may receive your IP address when the page loads.

Your rights
